I can’t make this clear enough, a good insurance policy will make sure that you get the level of medical care that you require. I was checking out a lot of different insurance policies and companies like Blue Cross North Carolina and I learned quite a bit. You should really take the time before you go abroad to learn all you can about insurance. It will definitely save you money and hassles.

Interesting Way To Get To Your TEFL Destination

I have always wanted to take a cruise. I think it would be a fun thing to go to my next teaching destination on a cruise. Ok, I know it sounds kind of crazy, but it’s actually a pretty cool way to get from one place to another. I remember that a school in Honduras was offering free transportation down to Honduras via container ship to anyone wanting to teach at their school. Alas, I never did take them up on that offer so I am still waiting for a TEFL cruise destination.

Can You Find Bed Wedges Abroad?

Another question to add to the list of questions that teachers ask is can you find bed wedges abroad? I have actually got this question in the past. The truth of the matter is that no, it’s difficult to find specialty bedding like that. I am sure you can find them in many countries, but they aren’t easy to find. If you need a bed wedge, it’s a good idea to buy one before you go and get it vacuum packed so that it takes up the least amount of room as possible.

What about the bathrooms?

Another question that teachers often ask about working and living abroad is what about the bathrooms. They want to know about the quality of the bathrooms and what to expect. This is actually a good question. First off, you will not see Danze faucets in the bathroom. High quality like that can’t be found.

Take It Along

You will see lots of interesting things when you travel abroad. They have different of ways of doing things, including taking care of things in the house. You will not find any moth traps, believe it or not. It’s not that they don’t have moths, it’s that they don’t do anything about them. Me? Moths can be a pain abroad so when I went abroad, I made sure I had some.
