Footprints is not very efficient in returning your emails, and their service is sub-standard. I applied to teach in Korea, and they emailed me back in two weeks’ time. Afterwards, I set up an interview with them and asked if they could reschedule the time, which they did, but I never received the call. I emailed them and told them what happened, they called an hour later, and said I had told them to call me an hour later. What?! I emailed them back, explained the situation, and they emailed me in a week to tell me my application and interview had been unsuccessful and they could not discuss the details. What interview were they
talking about? It was unfair and unjust for them to discredit me when it was their blunder. Seriously think three times before applying there, I think they may be biased.
I don’t know why she had problems, but I’ve thus far had none. My emails have been returned in a timely way, phone appointments made and kept. I’m still waiting on my paperwork to finish filing (not with/through them, but on my end), but with them I’ve had few, if any, problems.
