1. Cancel my class without my consent, not even inform me.
2. Frequent cancellation of classes by WSI (3 times in a month)
3. Mentioned the course schedule was flexible and to be set by me when I signed up the course. When WSI can not provide the course to me due to resignation of my instructor, then send a lawyer letter to me saying “it was an implied term of the contract that you are to attend all lessons punctually and that any cancellation should be made by giving reasonable notice”
4. Trying to terminate the course contract without my consent.

So think twice before you join WSI courses.
